I identified and recognised the relationship between my thoughts, feelings, and actions. I also learned the importance of experiencing my emotions and validating them without any judgment.
Attending the power of emotions was really helpful. It helped me understand the importance of being kind to myself. I am learning to take a while to understand myself and let my feelings flow.
I realised how much I judged myself from this event and moving forward I will be practicing being non-judgemental and not ignoring my emotions especially the uncomfortable ones.
